The department covers an area of 1,700 square meters, of which the constant temperature and humidity workshop covers an area of 300 square meters. The company is equipped with 8 CNC machine tools, 3 of which are Makino with an accuracy of 0,005mm; 6 spark machines, 2 of which are also Makino brands. Furthermore,the assembly workshop is also equipped with milling machines, grinders, drilling machines and other equipment. High-precision CNC machine tools and EDM machines can meet the processing needs of various complex molds. In addition, Great’s mold design team has rich experience and professional knowledge and is able to provide high-quality mold design solutions. The mold design staff team consists of 4 mid-level designers and 2 senior engineers with more than 10 years of mold design experience. The department has 30+ employees. The mold processing department currently has a monthly mold production capacity of 30 to 40 sets. While focusing on quality control to ensure that each mold meets customer requirements, through continuous upgrading of technology and equipment, the mold processing department has become one of the important guarantees for the development of Great.
