Surface treatment process
Surface treatment process
| Surface Treatment Process Dust easily adheres to the surface of silicone products. This problem can be effectively solved through appropriate post-processing. GR provides 2 surface treatment processes to choose from: Spraying hand oil: process flow: modulating hand oil – feeding system (placement of products – cleaning) – spraying – baking – inspection(Failure to pass inspection will result in return to spraying ) – next process Advantages: 1. The surface feels slippery and gives people a good touch. 2. The surface has good anti-static effect and is not easy to adhere to dust. Disadvantages: 1. Chemical solvents are used in the production process, which will produce waste gas emissions. 2. The wear resistance is not very good, and the service life is generally about half a year. UV surface modification: placing products – UV irradiation/baking – inspection – next process Advantages: 1. The surface feels smooth. 2. The surface has good anti-static effect and is not easy to adhere to dust. 3. Good wear resistance, basically no wear and tear, long service life. 4. The production process is environmentally friendly and will not produce waste gas emissions. Disadvantages: The feel is slightly worse than the hand oil. |
